Service Makes All the Difference

The staff greeted us like family, always ready to help. The view of the mountains from our spacious room was breathtaking and the beds were wonderfully comfortable.

This place was a proper fit for a speedy visit to Machu Picchu with very good value for money. The early breakfast was super helpful for catching the sunrise at the site. Arrive prepared with your payment method to avoid any issues.

The bed was comfortable, but the hot water in the shower was lacking.

The electrical outlets need replacing!!! The windows have no seals, letting in every possible noise from outside, which kills any chance of peace after a long trek!!!

Our stay was quite disappointing due to several issues. We found the room to be far too cold, and there were no amenities like coffee or tea making facilities available. The restaurant's food quality was frustratingly poor, especially after an exhausting day of trekking. We expected better service and warmth, but instead we experienced inconsistencies that made our stay less enjoyable.
